10 years ago (only age 17!) I was an obsessive calorie counter and ended up losing muscle mass, hair, energy, my menstrual cycle and my personality. Now, as a Clinical Nutritionist I see women aged between 20 and 60, still trapped in a cycle of: tracking everything in MyFitnessPal, constantly viewing food through numbers, feeling guilty when they go “over”, sacrificing their social lives… and still not seeing health improvements. I want to teach you how to break free of this.

"I have seen Abbey a few times over the past few years and she always has excellent advice for me. Recently she has helped me get back on track with good eating habits and manage my perimenopausal symptoms - within a week the tummy bloat is gone and I'm eating more! I couldn't recommend Abbey highly enough!!"
"Abbey is amazing and has supported me on my journey of nutrition and weight loss with a holistic approach. Thanks to Abbey my understanding of nutrition has grown and how I can incorporate the principals of good health and nutrition to make the changes to become a lifestyle and not just a diet."
"My knowledge and confidence in food has grown so much since working with Abbey, and I’m more motivated than ever to stay consistent. I’m now building routines and habits that will last a lifetime, rather than chasing quick fixes. As a bonus, I’m finally shedding the weight I’ve been wanting to for so long!"
"Abbey's guidance has been invaluable! It's completely transformed my mindset around food - helping me focus on how to fuel my body for my goals, rather than obsessing over calories. I'm excited to keep applying what I've learnt and continue to provide my body with the nutrients and support it needs."
Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc.) & Trainer specialising in Women's Health
I’m a degree-qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine), recognised by the Australian Natural Therapist’s Association. I’m also a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer - which means I can be your go-to guide for holistic health.
My work is grounded in one core belief: you deserve a relationship with food that feels supportive, nourishing and free - not stressful, confusing or punishing.
In my teenage years, I battled Anorexia Nervosa after getting swept up in diet culture & calorie counting. That experience shaped everything I do now.
For the last six years, I’ve worked across physiotherapy clinics, dermatology clinics, corporate settings, gyms, pilates studios, schools and with elite athletes. I’ve taught workshops, run seminars and supported complete beginners who felt lost with nutrition. Today, I consult exclusively online and run nutrition workshops and events in Perth, Western Australia.
My purpose is simple: to take the stress out of nutrition, cut through the noise, and give you evidence-based guidance that makes eating well feel clear, doable and non-restrictive.
