Your path to long-term nutrition confidence starts November 1st 🚀

I’m so excited to have you join the Fuel Your Body Online Program! You’ve just taken a powerful step toward building a healthy, confident relationship with food - one that lasts a lifetime.

Here’s what to do before we get started:

1. Mark Your Calendar

Block out November 1st so you can dive in from day one.

2. Make Sure You Can Access Google Drive

All program materials will be shared via Google Drive.

  • If you already have a Gmail/Google account - you’re all set!

  • If you don’t have one yet, you’ll need to create a free account. It only takes a few minutes.

⚠️ Important: If you create a new Gmail account that wasn’t used for your program payment, please email it to redefinenutritionandmovement@gmail.com before November 1st so we can update your access details.

3. Look Out for Accountability Support Emails

As part of the program, you’ll receive 12 weeks of supportive accountability emails to keep you motivated and on track (without the pressure!).

Sometimes email filters can be unpredictable, so if you don’t see them in your inbox, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. Adding our email address to your contacts will also help make sure you never miss an update.
