Depending on your goals & the level of help you require, you will be invited into either a 2 follow up consultation container or a 4 follow up consultation container.

I know what it's like to feel confused & overwhelmed with nutrition. In my teenage years I battled with Anorexia Nervosa after getting swept up in diet culture. That experience shaped everything I do now. A combination I see all too often in the women I help.
