When your hormones & gut health feel out of balance, everything can feel harder - your energy, weight, mood, confidence, even your motivation to exercise. The internet is loud with contradicting advice and doctors can leave you with - "just lose weight and exercise more” or "it's just IBS" or “go on the pill".
You deserve more than that.
My one-to-one consultations are designed to give you clarity, direction, and a sustainable way forward - all through evidence based natural medicine & support from someone who genuinely cares.
Formally known as PCOS
PMOS involves complex hormonal and metabolic changes, which means its management can feel confusing.
Every PMOS case is different - I help women understand their major hormonal drivers and establish an individualised natural medicine plan.
I help women achieve sustainable weight loss, address cyclical bloating, establish more regular cycles and balance blood sugar to prevent or reduce medication use.
Every woman's Perimenopause journey is different. The key to success is starting with the foundations - individualised nutritional targets, a sustainable exercise routine & hormone supportive supplements.
I successfully help women navigate unexpected weight changes, anxiety, irritability, disrupted sleep, inflammation, and a body that isn’t responding like it used to - in a slow and steady process that feels sustainable and achievable.
If you've wondered about the role of nutrition, lifestyle change, specific vitamins/minerals and herbs to support your body's reproductive health - look no further.
Presentations I often see are:
- Women coming off the pill and wanting to achieve regular ovulation
- Missing periods from intense exercise or under eating
- PMOS related cycle irregularities
- Depression or anxiety in luteal phase (commonly known as PMDD)
- Heavy and painful periods
Our gut is the foundation of our health.
I help women escape the discomfort of living with "Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)" and direct them to a clearer diagnosis - often through comprehensive gut testing.
Finding the root cause of "IBS" allows for specific interventions, less elimination diets and no unnecessary food restriction.
If you have bowel motions that never feel regular, a stomach ache that never leaves, a fear of bloating after every meal, a longing to just feel normal and not react to every food - let's work together.
In our society, disordered eating habits are somewhat normalised - feeling guilt after eating, binge & restrict behaviours, eliminating food groups, avoiding all processed foods & an obsession with "clean" eating.
My passion to address this comes from living with Anorexia Nervosa in my teen years.
Recovery from this isn't about perfection - we'll understand where your beliefs have come from to quiet the food noise and build a balanced approach to nutrition without obsession.
Most importantly, I’ll empower you with the knowledge to understand the plethora of life-giving benefits that food provides - so you no longer have to feel fear or guilt around food.
Approximately 10% of women live with Endometriosis - and the chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, bloating, irregular periods and uncertainty that come with it.
Aside from surgical intervention and hormonal contraception, not many options for pain and symptom management are given in the medical world.
I help women with symptom tracking, natural medicine support for pain, gut health optimisation, stress reduction strategies and exercise prescription to gain back power over their bodies - and no longer feel like Endometriosis is ruling their life.
We’ll get to know each other with a comprehensive 60 minute initial consultation - covering hormone health, gut health, food relationships and health history. Each consultation is unique and tailored to you.
I review any relevant pathology results within the last 6-12 months to check for nutritional status and markers of inflammation, blood sugar regulation and hormone health. If more information is required or desired, we may discuss comprehensive gut testing via Microba ($425 out of pocket costs), a referral letter to your GP for more in-depth pathology (primarily bulk billed), or private testing if you'd like to stay in house (approx. $80-200 depending on tests required)
We start with small, manageable changes and gradually build from there over our follow up consultations.
Rather than overhauling your nutrition, I work with the habits you already have - making improvements without overwhelm. You’ll be surprised by how simple improving your health can be when you take a evidence-based and sustainable approach. This isn’t about restriction, obsession or fad diets - it’s about creating a way of eating that genuinely works for you and your health.
Recipes and meal ideas are sent as part of consultation, but for those looking for more comprehensive meal plans, 4 week meal guides are available for a consultation "add on" ($198).
Movement and nutrition go hand in hand for long term health improvements. Whether you’re dealing with PMOS, navigating perimenopause, aiming for cycle restoration or managing chronic gut issues - we can discuss your exercise regime can more positively impact your health - so everything feels purposeful and effective during our time together.
Note that I am a qualified Group Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor too!
We will go through your supplement shelf and establish a targeted, evidence-based supplement regime so you’re no longer spending hundreds on supplements that don’t match your needs. I take a food first approach - but strongly acknowledge the benefit of supplemental support for specific health needs.
Recommendations are guided by symptoms, blood work and gut testing (if relevant to your health concern). It is your decision whether you'd like to invest - you will be educated on the purpose of each recommendation in your treatment plan.
Supplements are ordered weekly and pick up is from Perth NOR or delivery is organised.
Your body isn’t a problem to fix - it’s sending signals. Together we interpret them - with compassion and without shame. Having personally navigated Anorexia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Acne and an Endometriosis diagnosis, I understand the tension between deeply wanting change and feeling unsure about what it might require. Also, the pull between the natural medicine and western medicine world.
You’ll be supported and guided every step of the way.

Your Clinical Nutritionist
I know what it's like to feel confused & overwhelmed with nutrition. In my teenage years I battled with Anorexia Nervosa after getting swept up in diet culture. That experience shaped everything I do now. It gave me deep empathy for the complexity of food, body image and health… & it ignited my passion for helping people rebuild trust with their bodies in a way that feels safe, compassionate and sustainable.
I’ve even experienced losing my period and years of hormonal acne. All as a consequence of over exercising, high stress & being on the contraceptive pill. A combination I see all too often in the women I help. Healing from this was no fluke - it took targeted nutrition changes, a tailored exercise routine, clinically-backed supplements and lifestyle change.
I also live with a spinal condition that I’ve managed solely through exercise. A decade ago, specialists told me a spinal fusion was inevitable. I share this because I want you to know you’re not alone in feeling torn between alternative and conventional approaches. My goal is to educate and empower you, and to remind you that there is always another option. What truly enables me to assist your health transformation is my lived experience.
