Introducing your Clinical Nutritionist

Hi, I’m Abbey!

I’m a degree-qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine), recognised by the Australian Natural Therapist’s Association. I’m also a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer - which means I understand the body from both a clinical and movement perspective.

My work is grounded in one core belief:
you deserve a relationship with food that feels supportive, nourishing and free - not stressful, confusing or punishing.

I learned this the hard way.
In my teenage years, I battled Anorexia Nervosa after getting swept up in diet culture. That experience shaped everything I do now. It gave me deep empathy for the complexity of food, body image and health… and it ignited my passion for helping people rebuild trust with their bodies in a way that feels safe, compassionate and sustainable.

For the last six years, I’ve worked across physiotherapy clinics, dermatology clinics, corporate settings, gyms, pilates studios, schools and with elite athletes. I’ve taught workshops, run seminars and supported complete beginners who felt lost with nutrition. Today, I consult exclusively online and run nutrition workshops and events in Perth, Western Australia.

My purpose is simple:
to take the stress out of nutrition, cut through the noise, and give you evidence-based guidance that makes eating well feel clear and doable.

Why are payments weekly?

Weekly payments are offered so the cost feels easier to manage and spread out over time.
The modules are carefully sequenced with actionable steps designed to help you achieve a full nutrition transformation in just 12 weeks when followed with commitment.

How long are the modules?

Each module video ranges from 3 to 11 minutes - achievable, focused, and designed to give you just the right amount of information without feeling overwhelming.

Action steps of each module are unique in the recommended time of completion - minimum 1 day to maximum 2 weeks. The action steps are designed to be simple & achievable to enhance the learnings of the modules.

Can I receive a private health rebate?

You may be eligible to claim rebates for the 1:1 Consultations through private health funds that recognise Clinical Nutrition - including HBF, Medibank, NIB, GU Health, and AHM.

  • Tier 1 includes up to $66 in claimable value

  • Tier 2 includes up to $300 in claimable value

Your individual cover will dictate your ability to claim - please seek advice on your extras cover from your health fund.

When do I have my 1:1 consult(s)?

You will be guided within the program on the best time to book your 1:1 consult(s). The first consultation is recommended approximately 2 to 3 weeks after beginning the program - after Modules 1 - 6 are completed.
