Let’s face it, anyone can punch some numbers in a calorie tracking app and call it personalised Nutrition. Time and time again I see that strategy work for short term results, but after 3 weeks people end up back where they started - unmotivated and not enjoying food. The 3× 60 minute 1:1 consultations allow for more in depth discussion of your health, with potential investigations into underlying hormone imbalances, gut health concerns and nutrient deficiencies - plus possibility for clinical supplement prescription.

    Tier 1 is ideal for those with no underlying health conditions - but want expert guidance and education to optimise their Nutritional intake and habits.

  • The weekly payments are simply to spread out the payment and make it feel more achievable. The modules and their action steps are also designed to allow complete Nutrition transformation in 12 weeks if followed dilligently (as guided in the fortnightly support emails you will receive).

  • Each module video ranges from 3 to 11 minutes - achievable, focused, and designed to give you just the right amount of information without feeling overwhelming.

    Action steps of each module are unique in the recommended time of completion - minimum 1 day to maximum 2 weeks. The action steps are designed to be simple & achievable to enhance the learnings of the modules.

Your Clinical Nutritionist & Creator of the Fuel Your Body Program

Abbey is degree-qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine (2021), recognised by the Australian Natural Therapist’s Association. Abbey is also certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer.

She is deeply passionate about helping people use nutrition not just to manage chronic conditions, but to prevent illness and feel truly well - not just “fine.” So many people settle for sub-par health because they’ve been told their issues are “normal,” they’re overwhelmed by conflicting information, or they simply don’t know where to start.

Abbey has walked her own difficult road with food, battling Anorexia Nervosa in her teenage years after getting caught in diet culture. She possesses a deep empathy, understanding, and respect for the complexity of Nutrition and health.

Over the last 6 years, she has worked extensively with clients in physiotherapy clinics, corporate settings, dermatology clinics, gyms, pilates studios and schools.
