Want To Know More About Abbey?

Abbey has been on her own journey with hormonal imbalance since the age of 15. Due to suffering with Anorexia Nervosa, her cortisol levels were double the maximum range for 12 months. She also lost her reproductive cycle and Oestrogen levels were below readable levels.

The solution to this? Not medication. Not extreme calorie surplus or stopping exercise as prescribed by doctors to “restore hormones”.

Abbey worked with a Clinical Nutritionist to establish individualised macronutrient targets (carbohydrates, fats, protein), a targeted eating schedule, balanced exercise routine and specific supplementation to support her adrenal glands and reproductive organs.

Her journey to recovery inspired her to become a Clinical Nutritionist herself, and help hundreds of other women with their hormones & Nutrition each day. Abbey is also a qualified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Body Esteem Educator.
