Hi, I’m Abbey!

I’m a degree-qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine (2021), and a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, having taught across Perth’s northern suburbs for the past seven years.

I’m deeply passionate about helping people use nutrition and movement not just to manage chronic conditions, but to prevent illness and feel truly well—not just “fine.” So many people settle for sub-par health because they’ve been told their symptoms are “normal,” they’re overwhelmed by conflicting information, or they simply don’t know where to start. I’m here to change that.

I’ve walked my own difficult road with food, battling Anorexia Nervosa in my teenage years after getting caught in diet culture. It nearly cost me my life. Because of that, I approach every consultation with empathy, understanding, and respect for the complexity of food and health—it’s not just about what we eat. Nutrition also affects our mental, emotional, and social wellbeing.

When you work with me, you’ll never feel judged or pressured. I tailor every plan to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle, using evidence-based natural medicine to create effective, practical strategies that actually work.
